* CI testing of Emacs for Fedora

FYI, Emacs is now built and tested in Fedora’s continuous integration testing system, Koschei.

Only the Emacs version packaged in each Fedora release are tested, so this isn’t terribly useful for uncovering new bugs introduced through Emacs development.  However, it should help uncover when, for example, compiler or library changes cause trouble.

Testing is done by running `make check`.  This only happens in rawhide (Fedora’s development snapshot) for now, but will trickle into stable versions of Fedora as they are released.

You might consider to run 'make check-expensive' instead. This takes
more time, of course. But it gives you a better test coverage.
