after reinstalling Ubuntu, and compiling emacs 29.2, default hebrew font is different

After reinstalling my Ubuntu system (now 24.04) compiling emacs29.2
setting 

(custom-set-faces

I'd prefer some Arial font that supports hebrew, and that I have already
