I meant org-version.el, which makes each release traceable for bug
reports.

Org has split the autoload into the "normal" autoloads that are roughly
for commands that the user should be able to use without loading Org
first and a separate one that provides autoloads for the entry points
into more rarely used parts of Org that don't need to be loaded up-front
(these only get loaded when Org is actually used). That setup was
gleaned from calc IIRC, with some nudging from Glenn.
