The license information is here, stored in each package. However, the UI does not display at the "project" level. You need to look at a package to see it. It is possible to display it at the "project" level, too, by configuring `repology-display-projects-columns'. See, for example, how outdated package versions are collected in this variable. However, depending on the repository, the license information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or downwards misleading. So I'm not sure it is a good idea to display it by default. It can be done, tho.
