Your patch looks okay.  Assuming your own testing says that it doesn't
break other urls, please go ahead and commit it; and close the bug.

The "Contains patch" tag isn't really used seriously in our bug tracker
right now, so there's no need to worry about it.

Also, next time please include the bug reporter in your reply, instead
of just emailing ###@emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com; not all of them read
the bugs mailing list.
