Will it get cleaned up properly when Emacs exits if you don't close
explicitly?  If not, maybe it's nice to provide a helper macro,
something like this:

(defmacro with-ns-keychain (keychain &rest body)
  `(unwind-protect (progn
                    (ns-keychain-open ,keychain)
                    ,@body)
                   (ns-keychain-close ,keychain)))

...but that's easy to add.
