Subject: Why (substring "abc" 0 4) does not return "abc" instead of an error?
Date: Mon, 16 Jul 2012 01:15:03 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <87fw8smxag.fsf@gnu.org> (raw)

As the subject says: I wonder why

  (substring "abc" 0 4)

does not return "abc".

Is it a design choice or due to some implementation
constraints?

Thanks,
