You'll see there's no special support for it, so it's no simpler than using `intangible' properties. But `intangible' properties operate at a very low-level so they tend to cause surprising problems because they affect a lot more code than intended. Thanks for the tip. I will explore dropping use of =E2=80=98intangible=E2=80=99 in gnugo.el (et al) in the future. =2D-=20 Thien-Thi Nguyen GPG key: 4C807502 (if you're human and you know it) read my lisp: (responsep (questions 'technical) (not (via 'mailing-list))) =3D> nil --=-=-= Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAlPP1T8ACgkQZwMiJEyAdQL20gCfXvv5ZtrFzfQtnrLlYYG2nW19 2McAoJC03HNRS54jMoGdpA4tCcAazQT7 =fH+K -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-=-=--
