You missed the NEWS entry, probably because I forgot to put it in the
ChangeLog. Done as c79a6275b2.

Eli, itʼs not marked as not for merging. Iʼll work on a more complete
solution for master which will undoubtedly involve changes to rmail as
well, but it might take a while.
