I think emerge, picture, the more advanced parts of calendar/diary,
and rmail can be moved into emacs-xtras.

The chapter on Fortran mode can be moved out too -- there's no reason
to have a chapter on Fortran in Emacs, when there isn't one on Perl,
Python, or other (nowadays) more common languages.
