Thanks, of course it's the first thing i tried... but that doesn't work, even worst, all eshell functionalities are not loaded (even if you run once M-x eshell) when you do some requires on any eshell files at startup. For example if you put in .emacs: (require 'esh-mode) (require 'em-alias) then start emacs.
