Erm, dunno about bug-gnu-emacs's Mailman, but vanilla Mailman doesn't
touch Mail-Followup-To, ever. Are you talking about Reply-To? Or is
BGE's Mailman hacked up? Or maybe some people have MFT set in their
Gnus configs?
