No.  It's internal data from the company.  I can ask my contact if he
minds if I release what he sent me, I guess.

BTW, that's a typo, should be October 2007.  I doubt it's changed much
though; if the guys using Emacs 18.55 have waited 20 years to upgrade,
I guess they aren't in a hurry.
