Please see the attached patch which makes ispell skip checking on cref's
macro arguments.

Subject: [PATCH] Skip TeX \cref macro with ispell.

* lisp/textmodes/ispell.el (ispell-tex-skip-alists): Add the cref macro
  to skip spell checking on the cref macro argument.
