Look here: http://list-archive.xemacs.org/pipermail/xemacs-patches/2010-February/ (and divide by 2 as most patches get posted twice, once by the submitter and again by the commit 'bot). You should also remember that SXEmacs also has a fair following now; measuring only by the traffic on the XEmacs lists is not necessarily representative of the interest in XEmacs APIs.
