Yes; people often want to clone all of the branches of a project.  The
Bazaar developers agree that it's a flay, and they're working on it
(probably at low priority, I haven't seen any discussion of it on the
list in the last couple of months, but it has definitely been
discussed in the last 3 or 4 months).

I believe there is a command (perhaps in a plug-in) to list all of the
branches in a shared repository, so it is probably straightforward to
script this feature.
