2. M-x gnus
3. Browse nntp+news.gmane.org:gmane.emacs.devel
4. Try to open article 88513
<http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.devel/88513>, which looks like
this in the default Gnus setup:

This is a MIME/multipart message with HTML, and trying to open it
results in "require: Wrong type argument: arrayp, nil".  The lisp
backtrace is attached (it contains bytecode). This does not
happen in pre-unicode-2 CVS Emacs.
