I'm pretty sure this is the position of the Emacs maintainers as well. But your choice to take my words seriously is, of course, your own. I did not mean to start an argument and my original statement was clearly based on the GNU project's goals and not on how much I have used GNUstep. If that wasn't clear enough then, I hope it is now.
