Hello,

Is there interest in a double buffered (flicker free) implementation for
windows GUI? I have searched the mailing list and found no recent
discussion about this, only this short one from 2008:

https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2008-04/msg00577.html

Is there a plan to upgrade the graphics for windows? I would like to
work on that if it is welcome.
