You missed the NEWS entry, probably because I forgot to put it in the
ChangeLog. Done as c79a6275b2.

Eli, itʼs not marked as not for merging. Iʼll work on a more complete
solution for master which will undoubtedly involve changes to rmail as
well, but it might take a while.

Thanks.  If you push to master after it is merged, the conflicts will
be resolved as part of your commit to master.  So the fact it is not
marked as not for merging is not a catastrophe.
