Well, seeing the language name and the greeting in reverse for the last 10 years didn't prompt any developer into doing something about that, and the only developer working on this now doesn't really need that as motivation. So I wouldn't exaggerate the importance of this nit. (By ``reading order'', I presume that you mean visual order, not logical order. Apologies if I misunderstood.)
