A few files in the test/ directory have names that will clash after
8+3 truncation. Unless I'm missing something, they do wind up in the
release tarballs, right? If so, would it be possible to introduce
subdirectories there in order to resolve the issue? E.g.,
test/cedet/semantic-ia-utest.el will become test/cedet/semantic/ia-utest.el.

I don't think they get included in the release tarballs---can you check?
