I remember now, I downgraded my bzr several days ago (from > 2.6b2 to the stable version 2.5.1), maybe it's bug in 2.5.1, I think. I don't think it's a consequence of downgrading. Maybe you have some cron job that deletes empty directories? In any case, I'm using 2.6b1 and never had any problems, so I'm not sure why you decided to downgrade.
