I haven't seen EMBA pass a commit with 5 icons under the "Stages" column
since the Emacs 29 branch was cut.
Could the cut somehow have broken EMBA again?

"5 icons under the "Stages" column" are the scheduled jobs which run 3
times a day. This is activated for branch "master" only. See
<https://emba.gnu.org/emacs/emacs/-/pipeline_schedules>.
Shall we activate it also for the "emacs-29" branch, at least until it
is released?
Best regards, Michael.
