This file suffered some bitrot, because the latest changes were not
reflected there.  I fixed it (I think), see revno 103113, but I wonder
whether any supported platform actually uses that file.  (MS-DOS does,
but since its compiler is GCC, I can easily turn AUTO_DEPEND on for
it.)  If some platforms do use the file, we may wish to automate its
update with some maintainer rule.
