No, previous and next are missing.  As is open directory.  I guess they 
make stock items for the most common operations, previus/next/open 
directory does not seem to be among them.

They really don't say mush on the issue, the guidelines are at 
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/.  Some applications, 
like gthumb, uses a filled arrow that points into a "file"-like 
background, see attachement.
