I created an entry on EmacsWiki:

URL: http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/SmlModeLine

The code was copied verbatim from Lennart's e-mail, but with updated
"origin" documentation and a minor indentation change in `sml-create'.
I hope no one minds.

What does SML stand for by the way? Small?
