Someone said that the colors become too similar to one another with this change, but I don't agree. Also, the "problem" of too similar-looking faces already exists anyways, e.g. font-lock-preprocessor-face vs. font-lock-builtin-face or font-lock-doc-face vs. font-lock-string-face. It is more important to be able to see the actual text than having different faces for different kinds of text. As a side note, I don't think many people would even notice this change unless they were explicitly told about it. --=20 Deniz Dogan
