I agree.  FWIW, I think the name "Ukrainian" is better, and a couple
of past discussions here seem to confirm that (as expressed by people
who use Ukrainian).

Btw, if we do introduce an Ukrainian language environment, we should
probably modify po.el accordingly -- there's an undefined association
there.
