As I wrote on info-gnu-emacs: Mirrors may take some time to update; the main GNU ftp server is at: http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/ I have no special knowledge of, or control over, the mirrors, which I assume update automatically at some (probably varying) frequency.
