Beyond that, I've never looked at the soap stuff. Source code is available via http://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Debbugs , if anyone wants to look into it. We started from http://bzr.donarmstrong.com/debbugs/branches/emacsbugs/ but have diverged a little bit here and there. Sorry we don't have a bzr for our version (I keep meaning to make one), it's all in-place hacks. Nothing truly major though.
