I could imagine an ELPA package that provides a list of regexes, sort of like how ad blockers work in other browsers. I'd also be really interested in hearing about cases where 'eww-readable' *doesn't* work well, but where there's an obvious section that *should* be the "readable" content. For example, in my testing, some of the fsf.org pages render pretty poorly in 'eww-readable'. :/
