Anyway here are some details, if someone could help : The MSYS/Mingw32/Cygwin seems to be correctly configured (?) within my = XP station but : nt/configure.bat fails for syntax problems, it seems i must invoke it = from xp cmd shell and not from mingw sh. If i try a nt/configure it complains about not working for = 'i686-pc-mingw' (and says "see MACHINES") i can work around with a configure --build=3Di686-pc-cygwin, but i have = still some problems with the make process (especially that there is no rule = for 'make bootstrap' (!)) I found some patches for mingw in the archives dated from 11/2002 but = they seem to be already commited in the cvs (?) I also tried the params listed in etc/problems for win32 without = success... Help !
