I believe when the user tries to run ada-mode a message about compiling 
pops up, but I have not done that in a while. The documentation explains 
the process well. Though I do not blame you for this experience. As I 
said in my previous message, the users expect a package/major-mode to 
just work after installation; and that is how things should be. If you 
need help, just let me know and I will try my best to aid you.

On a related topic, there is already an ada-tree-sitter grammar system 
available [1], in case someone did not know and just in case this makes 
things easier.
