Really c:/msys64/tmp/mingw-w64-emacs-git/src/emacs/lisp/loaddefs.el 
seems broken

lot of "^@" characters.

BTW, insisting to visit it, Emacs hangs (I have to kill it with task 
manager...)

If you want I can sent it to someone of you, off list (xz compressed is 
about 250K).
