--with-wide-int defines WIDE_EMACS_INT and the build error is issued
only if WIDE_EMACS_INT is not defined. So there must be something going
wrong with that, which you can investigate by looking at src/config.h
and config.log. Please also let us know which version of Emacs, the
platform you're running on, and how you configured and built Emacs. For
something like this it's typically better to send the email to
bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org so that we have a proper bug report.
