Draw in fringe below end of buffer

Hi all, 

'indicate-empty-lines does draw beyond the end of the
buffer. But this seems not possible from elisp? 

I am asking this,
because yascroll.el tries to draw a scrollbar in the right fringe. But
it cannot draw below the buffer end.

indicate-empty-lines is handled by the display engine.

I suggest to file a feature request with the Emacs bug tracker
("M-x report-emacs-bug RET" and describe what you ask for).
