When I add (setq-default bidi-display-reordering t) to my ~/.emacs file causes Emacs (current trunk) to hang when I try to visit a PDF or JPG file (docview-mode). This happens both on Cygwin and GNU/Linux Kubuntu 10.04. Ciao, ciao, Angelo.
