The key to continue replace (M-,) if you stop `tags-query-replace' is
not mentioned in the help screen shown during replace.
Also, the doc string for `tags-query-replace' does not mention that if
you continue you do it in the next file while the current file is
skipped. Is the behaviour a bug or is the doc string incorrect? (I would
prefer a key to skip to next file, like N for example).
