Nothing.  That is what they are there for.

Because the tag is the same for the file with the old name, and the file
with the new name, Arch will detect that a rename occurred.

Not to confuse you but, if instead you were "copying" a file --
newsticker would still exist but now a very similar otherticker file,
then you would want a new tag in otherticker.
