I use (current-time) and (time-substract) to get the elapsed time. I
get something like elapsed=(0 51 532000).

Then I try to use (format-time-string "%H" elapsed) and get "01". I am
a bit surprised. Is this a bug or am I doing something that surprises
Emacs?
