I just tried again, deleted everything and checked out it again:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.savannah.gnu.org:/sources/emacs co
emacs
and then
configure --with-gcc --cflags -Ic:/g/include
make bootstrap
Now I get
