I just tried to upload a file with space in the name to an ftp server
using tramp/ange-ftp. It did not work. In the ftp work buffer I see the
following:

   ftp> put c:/Program Files/Emacs/EmacsW32/lisp/w32-integ.el
/somewhere/Emacs/DL/elisp/w32-integ.el

Should not the file name be escaped in some way? Adding double quotes
around the filename in `ange-ftp-cf1' works in my case, but I guess this
is not the right solution.

What should be done to cure this problem?
