Subject: Linking error in fileio.c

The latest version of fileio.c produces the following linker error on w32:

src/fileio.c:4520: undefined reference to `unlock_file'


Other uses of unlock_file seem to be inside #ifdef CLASH_DETECTION 
blocks. I'm not sure if that is the correct fix here.
