Hi,
I've updated TUTORIAL.bg as requested by Marcelo Toledo. Diff is attached.
Changes:
- Improved title
- Applied TUTORIAL changes in revision 1.59.
- "Emacs" is not transliterated to cyrillic anymore.
- Minor fixes.
