Does this need fixing?

It was reported in our bugzilla that ebrowse.c
has erroneous calls to fputs:

   "2 broken calls to fputs"
   http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=125114

I guess this was spotted with icc...

These warnings are bogus, which becomes obvious when looking closer at the
PUTSTR macro.
