AFAICT there exists no specific face for visible bell. Nor does it
seem to operate on a fully resolved mode-line face.
My mode-line is configure with a height of 1.2x normal. Visible bell
seems to redraw the mode-line a 1x, leaving an ugly band of the
original un-eclipsed mode-line and causing characters to move
leftward.
