You mean autoheader, not autoreconf, right? I believe it gets invoked
because your config.in was the old version. At least for me, it was
only invoked once, the first time I typed "make" after resyncing with
CVS after changes by Andreas that introduced config.in autogeneration.
The subsequent builds didn't run autoheader.
Am I missing something?
