This was but part of the equation (I had the chance to talk to some folks next to the decision makers). Actually, this part of the equation was the more problematic one, because of GDPR. Salespeople promised this wouldn't be a problem, because "all servers would be in the EU". Aha :-) The other was "mail is old, and here we have something *much* better". This was also the narrative the whole "change management" machinery was built around, with "planes", "pilots" and "seats" and whatnot. (Will stop now, because seriously off-topic) Cheers - t
