Subject: Bug with tmux/screen and special characters
Date: Tue, 27 May 2014 08:39:24 +0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20140527043924.GA22115@debian> (raw)
I've found that if I run emacs 24.3.1 under tmux or GNU screen, and add this snippet to my .emacs:
(global-set-key (kbd "M-[") 'hide-subtree)
(global-set-key (kbd "M-]") 'show-subtree)
then I receive trouble with such keys: Home, End, PgUp, PgDown, F1-F12 .
For example End key just inserts "~4" into current buffer.
If I use for example:
(global-set-key (kbd "M-1") 'hide-subtree)
(global-set-key (kbd "M-2") 'show-subtree)
Then special keys handled correct.
